Must follow Temp Logs and department closing lists.Keep all deli areas, customer tables, and seating areas stocked and clean. Clean and sanitize electric food slicer.May prepare deli food items by food washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish.Must be able to operate and prepare foods/beverages using a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to panini grill, convection oven, alto sham, microwave, heat seal, gas range/oven, gas grill, dishwasher, Hobart scale, food slicer, coffee grinder, and espresso machine.Greet guests, answer questions, knowledgeable of product served, offer suggestions, take and serve food and beverage orders.Prepares deli food and barista items in accordance with department recipes and maintains display cases and customer seating areas, ensuring compliance with Resort cleanliness and sanitation standards. The Deli Clerk maintains a high level of quality customer service and product presentation to all 7 Cedar Resort guests and 7 Cedar employees. This position could be either full time or part time.
